Feedback and contact information

In case of website accessibility problems, please contact SDG@stat.gov.pl (and if you have any problems with the website's digital accessibility for people with disabilities, please contact dostepnosc_GUS@stat.gov.pl).
You can also submit requests for access to inaccessible information and complaints about lack of accessibility in this way.

Everyone has the right to request that the digital accessibility of a website, mobile application or some element thereof be ensured. You may also request that the information be made accessible by an alternative means of access, for example by reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of a film without an audio description, etc.
The request should include the data of the requesting party, a specific website or mobile application, and a contact method. If the requesting party requests information via an alternative access method, they should also specify a convenient way to present this information. The public entity should fulfill the request promptly, no later than 7 days from the date of the request. If this deadline cannot be met, the public entity shall promptly inform the requesting party when it will be possible to fulfill the request, which deadline cannot be longer than 2 months from the date of the request. If ensuring digital accessibility is not possible, the public entity may propose an alternative method of accessing the information. If the public entity refuses to fulfill the request for accessibility or an alternative method of accessing the information, the requesting party may file a complaint regarding the digital accessibility of the website, mobile application, or element of the website or mobile application.

After exhausting the above-mentioned procedure, a claim to the Ombudsman can be also submitted.
